Modified Insulin Primed Potentiation Therapy (IPT)
A new effective method in treating Cancers
and other acute and chronic diseases
by integrating alternative and traditional methods.
Chemotherapy drugs are powerful cell-killers (both cancer and normal
cells). In current medical practice, getting these drugs inside the cells
where they do their work requires that they be administered in large doses
to enter cancer and disease afflicted cells. A major drawback to this high
dosing is a serious dose-related side effect seen with these anticancer
drugs. This happens because chemotherapy agents do not discriminate
between cancer cells and other normal cells of in the body. They kill both
kinds of cells, therefore there are side effects, and not with Insulin
Primed Potentiation Therapy (IPT) - such effects are eliminated by using IPT.
The key to this is an innovative strategy for anticancer other drug
delivery inside the cancer and disease afflicted cells facilitated by
Insulin called Insulin Primed Potentiation therapy (IPT). We have
developed the most advanced IPT method, which is registered in US patent
office and preparing the final patent application for submission. This
method we have developed is very effective in curing and/or curtailing
cancers and many incurable chronic diseases. This method also has been
used with a rescue therapy in advanced cancers,
Glioma and other brain tumors without any toxic effects of chemotherapy
with good success.
The cancer cells have more than six to ten times more insulin receptors
per cell than normal cells in the body. This fact differentiates normal
cells from the cancer cells - a fact we use to get more drugs get into
disease afflicted cells than normal cells. Having six to ten times more
insulin receptors than a normal cell means that the effect of administered
insulin will be six to ten times greater on cancer cells than on normal
cells. With this difference, combined with actions of insulin in Insulin
primed Potentiation therapy, we are able to deliver an effective dose of
immune chemotherapy compounds and drugs inside cancer cells selectively,
sparing normal cells and organs they make. This can be accomplished using
greatly reduced doses of the chemotherapy and other drugs along with
immune system modulators and effectively eliminating all their high
dose-related side effects and complications. The mechanisms these cancer
cells adopt and use to kill people are the same basis for using IPT. This
IPT method selectively facilitates the entry of large doses chemo-immune
therapeutic agents and drugs into cancer and other disease-afflicted
cells, thus potentiating their effects. Thus IPT safely and effectively
kill the cancer and other disease afflicted cells. A published article
(Dr. Oliver Alabaster) about cancer cells in tissue culture showed that
the addition of insulin to the culture medium enhanced the cancer
cell-killing effect of commonly used chemotherapy drugs
by a factor of up to ten thousand times. This result was attributed to an
effect of insulin to increase the trans-membrane transport of the
anticancer agents into the cell. This can also be
due to possible metabolic and genetic (protein synthesis) modification by
insulin and chemotherapy combination within the cancer and other afflicted
cells.
Dr.Shantha has modified the original IPT method and made it more effective
in the treatment of acute and chronic incurable debilitating diseases such
as Cancers, Autoimmune diseases, degenerative diseases, CNS diseases,
viral and other infectious diseases including AIDS, and Hepatitis; and
Arthritis of all kinds, Pain, and the list is endless. We are preparing to
patent my modification and will be available to all physicians. We are

to this simple wonderful therapy to make it more effective and acceptable

Metabolic Oncolysis (Hyperthermia) Therapy (MHT)
for Treatment of Cancers and Cancer Prophylaxis
Metabolic Hyperthermia Therapy (MHT), utilizes various natural,
semisynthetic, and synthetic therapeutic agents (synthetic and semi
synthetics therapeutic agents, capsicum, xylitol, mucopolysaccharide
complexes, echinacea, etc.) and alternative herbal
and non herbal medications to treat cancers and as cancer prophylaxis. It

(Naltrexone's in Cancer Treatment)
Cancer remains a leading cause of death
in the world today. In the U.S. alone, more than one million new cases are
diagnosed each year, and nearly 500,000 individuals lose their lives to
the disease annually. Many therapies provided in our clinic, ERT is one of
them. Naltrexone, a drug used to treat narcotic addiction and reverse
effects of morphine, works by increasing endorphins, one of the body's
major mechanisms for regulating the immune system, which provides the
primary means of preventing and controlling cancers. With the failure of
chemotherapy to improve cancer survival, the medical community desperately
needs nontoxic, effective new approaches to the treatment of cancer and
other incurable diseases.
THE SCIENTIFIC BACKGROUND: Dr. Bihari and Dr. Margaret Lewin,
oncologist at New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center have shown that low
dose Naltrexone holds promise in the treatment of certain kinds of cancer.
The cancer cells have opiate receptors. ERT releases endorphins from
normal cells in the body which bind to cancer cell opiod receptors and
prevent their gorth. The malignancies benefited from the treatment include
lymphoma, brain tumors, Hodgkin's disease, lymphocyte leukemia, carcinoids
tumors, colorectal cancers, prostate cancer, multiple Myeloma, Cancer of
the Small Intestine, Cancer of the Pancreas, Cancer of some Endocrine
glands, Lymphoma (Hodgkin's and Non-Hodgkin's), Malignant Melanoma
,Prostrate Cancer, Glioma (Primary brain cancers) etc. Naltrexone works in
infection including HIV, by increasing the body's endorphin release and
production which in turn enhances the immune system function.
The rise in blood endorphins increases
the activity of the immune system's natural killer cells which provide the
surveillance system that protects the body against newly forming or
metastasizing cancer cells of all types. Low dose Naltrexone might exert
its effects on tumor growth:
- By inducing an increase in endogenous
metenkephalin (an endorphin produced in large amounts in the adrenal
medulla) and beta endorphin;
- By inducing an increase in the number
and density of opiate receptors on the tumor cell membranes, thereby
making them more responsive to the growth inhibiting effects of the
already present levels of endorphins; and
- By increasing the natural killer (NK)
cell numbers and NK activity which is quite responsive to increased
levels of endorphins.

bedtime. We recommend 4.5 mg at bedtime. The liquid should be stored in
the refrigerator for no more than one month. Several types
of cancer are observed to respond to low dose Naltrexone.
Hydrazine Sulfate
When Hydrazine Sulfate was introduced in the early 1970s, it was hailed as
a dramatic breakthrough in chemotherapy as a fighter of cancer and cancer
related cachexia. Cachexia means severe weight loss and general wasting
usually seen in cancer patients. It is a condition that reduces a dying
patient to skin and bones while tumors continue to nourish and grow.
In 1960s Dr. Joseph Gold, director of The Syracuse Cancer Research
Institute in Syracuse, New York, states that cachectic wasting is a prime
cause of death in cancer. If we stop cachexia, the patient be stronger and
survive longer. The cachexia is the result of the way cancer cells produce
energy through metabolism and the Nobel Prize-winning research of Otto
Warburg almost six decades ago has shown that the cancer cells have a
different type of cellular metabolism and use glucose, but only partially.
Normal cells use it completely. This results in production of large
amounts of lactic acid as a byproduct in cancer patients. Lactic acid is a
toxin, and the liver the rest of the body expends a significant amount of
energy in converting lactic acid back to glucose. As the cancer grows,
more lactic acid is produced, creating an even greater energy drain, and
the body simply wastes away slowly taking its toll of the body's reserves
until a "point of no return" is reached. He found that an
inexpensive chemical hydrazine sulfate is able to block an important
enzyme in the liver that catalyzes the conversion of lactic acid into
glucose.
In 1973 Gold reported that hydrazine
effectively inhibited the growth of several different types of tumors in
laboratory animals and enhance effectiveness of chemotherapy. In August
1973 about twenty cancer patients were taking it, by September hundreds of
patients were taking, and by October the number had grown to over one
thousand. Dr. Dean Burk, scientists at NCI, called hydrazine sulfate
"the most remarkable anticancer agent I have come across in my
forty-five years of experience in cancer". Terminal cancer patients
have been treated with gelatin capsules containing 60 mg of hydrazine
sulfate three to four times a day (at intervals of about 6 hours). Usually
within 24-48 hours there is a marked return of appetite followed by
continued increase in weight, remarkably restored physical activity, and
eventually decrease in tumor size, decrease in pain, and cancer related
decrease in symptomatology. This study showed that treatment with
hydrazine sulfate alone is capable of producing a high degree of
anticancer activity and improvement in patients who are in the terminal
and pre-terminal stages.
In 1979 Dr. Michael Gershanovich,
director of medical oncology at the Petrov Research Institute of Oncology
in Leningrad, studies indicate hydrazine sulfate to be clinically
effective in reversing cachexia and producing disease stabilization in
late-stage cancer patients. More recent Soviet study investigated
hydrazine sulfate's effectiveness in 740 cancer patients from age sixteen
to seventy-two with good results. He treated lung, stomach, breast cancers,
Hodgkin's, melanoma. Hydrazine sulfate is nontoxic. It has a positive side
effect, frequently producing a mild euphoria. The other side effects of
hydrazine are mild numbness (particularly of the fingers and toes),
nausea, vomiting, and slight drowsiness, Polyneuritis. The latter
condition can be eliminated by dosage reduction and/or addition of vitamin
B6.
Dosage: The normal dosage for hydrazine sulfate is one 60-mg tablet,
taken three times daily. One hundred 60-mg tablets, approximately a
monthly supply, cost about $40.00.Currently hydrazine sulfate is not
approved by the FDA for cancer therapy. However, many of the foreign
clinics offering alternative cancer therapies do make it a regular part of
protocol. It can also be ordered from some of the overseas companies
offering alternative cancer medications by mail order.
